Towards sustainability
ESG, Sustainability & CRIAATVA
Working with scenography and discussing sustainability is a great challenge — and here at Criaatva we recognize that. Therefore, we have chosen to invest heavily in governance and social development as a way to mitigate our impacts. We created the internal campaign Zero Waste, which is already part of the company's culture, collecting 100% of the material produced for sorting in an exclusive warehouse. From there, what is possible becomes an archive or raw material for new projects. We also promote the growth of our employees with constant training and Criaa Classes. We seek suppliers with certifications and sustainable best practices, in addition to prioritizing modular constructions, facilitating the reuse and upcycling of pieces and structures.
UN Sustainable Development Goals as a basis
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals aimed at ending poverty, protecting the environment, and ensuring dignity and prosperity for all. At Criaatva, we use the SDGs as a basis to guide our environmental and social goals, linking each objective to concrete actions in our daily lives. They help us transform good intentions into practical, measurable initiatives with real impact.

At Criaatva, we use the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as the foundation for our actions and strategic decisions. We focus on SDGs 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, and 17, reinforcing our commitment to gender equality, decent work, responsible innovation, reducing inequalities, conscious consumption, climate action, ethical governance, and sustainable partnerships. This is our compass to grow purposefully and generate positive impact.

After each disassembly, we sort all the material that cannot be reused internally. This material is separated by type and allocated to local community cooperatives, which repurpose wood, fabrics, and metals for other uses, promoting the circular economy and generating income for families in the region.
• Disassembled materials are classified for internal reuse or collection.
• Shipping to cooperatives or environmental partners with a final destination letter.
• Donations to institutions and NGOs with registered receipts.
