
We built the XP booth at the Rio Open for a live marketing action during the ATP 500, integrating brand experience, hospitality, and thematic ambiance in a space structured for high public flow.
The project was developed considering the technical requirements of the event, with special attention to circulation, safety, brand visibility, and integration with social areas. Elements such as digital panels, ambiance inspired by the world of tennis, and relationship areas were constructed with detailed planning and coordinated execution.
In major sporting events, every minute of setup matters. We continue to build scenery with method, responsibility, and focus on operational efficiency, always aware that there is still room to evolve and improve our processes.
