Building stages is part of our routine.
But building a stage on the Maracanã lawn for a live broadcast celebrating 60 years of TV Globo was a challenge that required planning, precision, and total control of operations.

The project involved much more than just setting up a structure.
It was necessary to:

• Divide the stage into modules to facilitate transport and quick assembly.

• Plan the logistics of entry and exit for more than six trucks, coordinated with precision to the minute.

• Position the band and equipment for the live broadcast, with no room for error.

• Orchestrate the team's work like a ballet — from the first piece fitting to the final dismantling.

We had 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to dismantle the structure, adhering to the stadium's and broadcast's schedule.

With detailed planning and impeccable execution, we managed to dismantle the stage in just 11 minutes, freeing the lawn with more than 7 minutes to spare — bringing safety and peace of mind to the entire event's technical team.
